STANDARD SEASONAL PITCH
£1150 PER SEASON (Inclusive of all rates and electricity.)

NEW SEASONAL SUPER PITCH
£1350 PER SEASON (Inclusive of all rates and VAT)
Hard standing pitch with illuminated bollard, personal water supply and waste water trap.

Electricity is metered and charged at the "pass-through" rate of approx. 7.5p per unit on 31st October.

Winter storage £115

Season 1st March to 31st October.
Please note we are a Holiday Park not a Residential Park
No sub-letting permitted.
Awnings must be taken down after two weeks.
Breathable groundsheets permitted for a maximum of 7 days.
