Exit M55 junction 3. Turn left A585 (to Kirkham). At roundabout take 2nd exit (to Wrea Green & Lytham). Straight over mini roundabout by Kingfisher Pub. At next main roundabout take 2nd exit B5259 (to Wrea Green & Lytham). Continue straight over 2 mini roundabouts & follow road round perimeter of green, passing Grapes Pub and duck pond. Stay on B5259. After 1½ miles you will go over level crossing (Moss Side) We are situated on the left approx one mile after level crossing on B5259.
